Delta RIM Composites has been involved in a number of client initiated development projects that have required the use of rapid prototyping to verify either the mechanical feasibility of the design, the validation of FEA results, or simply to ensure that physical dimensions were compatible with projected use of the final product.

In all cases, Delta RIM Composites exceeded the client expectations in final in-field testing of these parts, and the unconventional use of polyurethanes was validated.
